Starting next month, we are introducing a FREE training program every Saturday morning exclusively designed to focus on flexibility and fitness.

Program: Flexibility and Fitness Training Date: Every Saturday, starting from 7th October 2023, Time: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM Location: ROCKYS Martial Arts Academy Dojo This program is tailored to help you improve your flexibility, enhance your fitness levels, and experience the holistic benefits of martial arts training. Whether you're a seasoned martial artist or a newcomer interested in the art of self-improvement, this program will offer something valuable to everyone.
